I have had experience with a number of estate agencies in London for the past 20 years. Avrasons is by far the best one I have dealt with. In fact it does not compare to any other. Everyone has been impeccable from the start till the end. Richard, Ian and Hollie who I mostly communicated with over a 6 year tenancy were delightful to speak to, professional and really effective and prompt in dealing with any queries or requests. Unlike most agencies they have also been extremely accommodating and understanding in helping me with moving out and making the process smooth and pain free. Knowing the stress involved in trying to find a nice place estate, I would wholeheartedly recommend Avrasons (which was also recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for a place to rent) and if I return to the area I will definitely be going back to them.
