I rented a flat with Avrasons with 1 other person for 7 years with Avrasons. I have had a few bad experiences with estate agents over the years, however Avrasons were a genuine exception. They always responded to queries and fixed issues when they arose. On check-out I got my full deposit back. Marcia was great to deal with, as was some of the others in the office. If you are going to rent in Oval I would recommend calling them to see what they have.
