As a first time landlord, I found Richard, Justyna and Marcia all extremely friendly and accommodating. They were all very helpful in putting my mind at ease with the different steps of the process and I received very quick responses to my many questions throughout the tenancy.
The whole process ran very smoothly from finding the appropriate tenants to having a leak fixed from the upstairs flat within a couple of days. The property was left in immaculate condition when I moved back in which speaks of the quality of the tenants and the quality of the contractors that Avrasons use.
I look forward to using Avrasons again when I let the property in future!
