Justyna was excellent to deal with; couldn't have been more helpful and managed the whole process quickly and efficiently. She followed up all questions quickly and I always felt she was fully in control of the process. Also she was very personable and friendly - would highly recommend and a cut above other letting agents I've dealt with in the past.
